This issue focused on artists at NYU who were using technology in new ways to create their work. The technological aspect was an exciting aspect to the issue, so I decided to shift the artistic direction towards the beginnings of computer and art usage. My co-director and I developed the idea to make the issue look like interactive screens of a computer with QR codes and color-coordinated layouts. In the end, it was a triumph of early-2000s internet kitsch.
